Four legged friends~

Yesterday I had some fun time with the neighbors kiddies over at my house.  While I kept myself busy in the craft room while they were playing games on their IPad's  I decided to make them some clip boards using Cricut-Four Legged Friends.   Awww they were so happy to get them, they couldn't wait to run back home and show their mommy's.  They both wanted some doggy images so this is what I created for them.

The images were cut at 3 1/2", I went with the colors that was already illustrated on the cartridge.  Cute!  Don't you think... Added gems, lots of pop up foam dots, sticko dimensionals.   The papers were from my stash container, boy do they come in handy.  Every bit counts, LOL!    I used swiss dots embossing folder for the doggie's so called rug on the right and my die-hard clip board die ( I can't get enough using this die, it's darn cute).   The grass punch is Fiskars and the butterfly from IO and Spellbinders rectangular scallops.  And before I forget the clip board is cut from Kraft paper.
Well that's it for now, I'm sure I will be seeing them sometime today for another visit, LOL!

Look - it's more calendars!

Brace yourself peeps!
I was honored to be asked to make 100 yes let me repeat 100 of these desk calendars.  What was I thinking when I said "Yes", it was a task but it was all worth it.  I swear I can do these calendars blind folded. Just by looking at them, imagine now everything was done in hundred's of times.  My big shot worked endlessly, my paper trimmer went through 3 blades, tons of pop up foam dots, sticky tapes galore a lot of assorted details. The only way I could get them on a picture was putting them on my dinning table.  I'm so at relief they are DONE, DONE, DONE!  The start was the hardest I had to envision the colors and images they requested for - it was lucky I had the dies and the rest I had to lay it out and take it from there.  I'm a big hoarder of dies and I still have dies that I still didn't get to them yet. The lollipop die is one of them, LOL!  Theirs a new store coming up soon and these will be part of their giveaways... Sorry peeps on the islands I can't reveal the name of it yet, they want it to be hushy hushy.  No, it's not my store, I wish it was though! You will have to just wait until it gets advertised.

And look who else wanted some attention this morning ~  Taco!

In my dining room I have an aquarium and here is (1) of (3) Bala Sharks that I have they are so interesting to watch them grow.  I got them when they were babies and they can grow up to 12 inches.  The other 2 were hiding behind that shell~

Well peeps if you have any questions on what I used for those calendars let me know!  The post was already too lengthy and now I can just relax, boxed those calendars and have them delivered.   Oh btw -  they all come with envelopes..  Nope I didn't make them envelopes they were bought.  hehe!

A little something for my sister!

Hello peeps~
A quick post to share a desk calendar and post it note holder that I made for my sister.
I'm trying to get all my little projects completed before my mom leaves to go to Oahu this coming Sunday.  She will be there two weeks house sitting and taking care of my Aunt while my cousin and her hubby go on their buying trip to the mainland.   They have their own business in Kailua and my sister is a chef there.  So I made this so she can have it on her desk when she is planning out her menus.   Her color tones are browns so I know she is going to love her set..

FYI - I have another one that I'm finishing up for my nephew and his wife and will get that posted soon....
Lots of fun making these they are easy and quick to do.
See ya back here soon, I'm crafting all day as long as nobody bothers me... LOL!

A cuddle makes it all better!

Aw when I seen this image from All Dressed Up Stamps just came out the day before I knew I had to head over to the etsy store and grab it.  And it's still on a special price so if you want her and some of the other few new  releases hop here.   What's so cool is the sentiment comes along with this image, thank you Wendy Burns she makes it easier for all us crafter's to design with her images.   For my card I added some deco runner on the right corner from Hampton Art love this stuff it just glides so easy on paper and almost resembles washi tape.  Added some Sticko dimensionals, paper piece her outfit and the doggies ribbon with MME (The Sweetest Thing) and colored the image with copic and Spectrum Noir markers... Pretty CAS card I must say!

Another thank you!

Happy  new week peeps~
Hope your long weekend was super awesome!  We accomplished a lot  since last Thursday, we went shoreline fishing  that morning and came back Saturday morning.   We  went with a few friends and had such a wonderful time, even my pooch (Taco) had such a great time.   But it was a chore being back home with all the unpacking and  laundry to do! Sunday was just unwinding playing catch up on FB and blogland and planning out my up coming projects.   LOL!  Now I'm back to all gears in crafting, got tons of projects on my to do list and lots of cards to replenish to my stash.   A dear friend of mines bought a whole box of my cards, I'm so grateful for that and I'm talking a huge amount.   $$$ more crafting supplies to buy!  hehe.
Anyhow a quick post to share - I made her a desk calendar and gave her a Starbuck's gift card with a token of appreciation.  Thank you so very much Deb!   We can't wait to see you back home for Christmas~

I've got lots more to make on these 2015 calendars, I'll try to stagger them in between of my other postings so you all won't get bored.   LOL!
See ya back here soon~  toodles!

Outdoor Challenge!

It's another new challenge with Team Tina at Creative Corner Challenge!  This time around the theme is "Outdoors".  For this challenge we are sponsored by Sparkle and Sprinkle.

Beccy’s Place Digital Designs by Beccy Muir
My paper obsession began with scrapbooking in the late 1990s and has since evolved into card-making and digital drawing.  There were a few years of decorative painting, teddy bear making and silk ribbon embroidery mixed in there too.  I still dabble in each of those crafts (and many others) from time to time but I generally gravitate toward paper, which I find versatile and forgiving.
I started “doodling” little designs for cards back in 2009, which is when I started my blog and began sharing my images with other Cardies.  From there I progressed to my very own online store selling digital drawings for cards and other paper craft projects.  Some of my images have now been made into rubber stamps by the wonderful team over at Sparkle N Sprinkle.

Here is my card provided by the sponsor:

Supplies used:
Papers - Pebbles
Dies - IO
markers - Spectrum Noir
sentiment - Die-Namics

Thanks for stopping by enjoy your wonderful holiday and crafty moments..

Desk Calendar!

I'm working ahead of schedule, and I'm in the mood of prepping my 2015 calendars.   I know, I didn't even start with any upcoming holiday cards yet.   LOL!   Here is my 2015 calendar and I made a desk calendar, aw but this one has already been reserved for.   But don't worry I'm making more using this new stamp image (Anuhea) from Sister Stamps and a little fella that I'm working on too.   This stamp is actually a 2 x 2 1/4 inch and can be put on any project.   For my desk calendar she fits perfectly here, I showcased her to a friend and she was already spoken for.  LOL!  I had her paper piece with some scraps from MME(Memorable), colored her with copic markers added  stickles and wah lah.....  From an 8 1/2 x 11 cardstock I can make two calendars, oh and on this showcase my cardstock is Kraft cardstock from The Paper Studio.    I got a whole pack of (50) for $2.00 what a steal!   And one more last note, this calendar fits perfectly in a A2 envelope for mailing.....
Yum, I'm craving for some shave ice right now!   Will showcase  the rest of my calendar later as soon I get them completed...

Enjoy your crafty moments and see you back here soon!

White on White Challenge!

The challenge team for Milk Coffee Stamps is starting the new month with a new challenge and this time around we are doing a "White on White(colored image ok)challenge.   For my card I gave her a bit of pink here and there and kept it CAS.
For more inspiration be sure to hop back to the blog and check out what the rest of DT members have for you.  I couldn't decide on the sentiment for my card so I left it out for now, LOL.  The image I'm using is Tiffany Get Her Daily Dose of Coffee,  love my coffee I could have my coffee hot or iced, yum yum... The embossing folder is from The Paper Studio, the dies I used are Cheery Lynn and Creative Expression and added a sticko dimensional to my flower and colored her with Spectrum Noir marker.

We hope you can join in and play along ~ enjoy your crafty moments.
See ya back here real soon!
