Mother's Day Treat Holders~

Hi ya peeps~
A quick post to share what I've been doing since those last graduation card orders I had.  LOL!   A friend of a  friend ask if I could make some Mother's Day  Treat holders for their family get together.   So this is what I came up with, I actually made a total of (12) but the recipient has the sample that I made to show the rest of the family.     Love this cute treat holder, it's super easy to make and this is one way of getting rid of those scrap papers too!
The cups are filled with some strawberry suckers and I forget to take a photo before sealing them up....

Thanks for stopping by and checking them out!
See ya back here soon~

Thanks a Latte!

Happy Weekend peeps!
How's your start off for the weekend  going?  Being a bit behind of schedule, this was supposed to be posted up sooner.   Too much distractions along the way, LOL!

Anyhow I made a mini cup treat holder for one of my besties.   She is one of several recipients that ordered a bunch of my cards and I wanted to give her something.   I also took her out to lunch earlier during the week  and we had a great mid-morning chit chatting.
I was inspired by my bloggy buddy Millie when I saw this on her blog and I wanted to give it a try in the worse way.  LOL!   It was super easy to do and I love how you can spike it up for any occasions too.    Thanks Millie - she is a darling!

Hehe, there's more these coming up soon! Stay tune!

Love Spring Time!

Hi ya peeps!
Hope your weekend was awesome as could be.   As you all know on my Friday's posting I caught a creature as I was told it was a Jackson Chameleon and that thing scared the day lights out of me as I was mowing my yard.   Thanks to hubby we set him free into the wilderness Saturday morning.   It's now far far away from us and I hope it will survive where ever it venture's too.  LOL!
Also I been keeping myself very busy all weekend trying to finish up a bunch of graduation requested orders for this year school graduations.  I finally got a second set done, woo hoo and working on the third order which is for (11) cards.    I took a break and decided to color up an image from All Dressed Up and she is called "Love Spring Time" I needed a birthday card for another request for a young girl turning 7 years old  in a couple of days.   I had her colored up with copics and played around with my new paper pack pad called Birthday Extravaganza love all the papers in there.   I decided to also play along with a challenge that All Dressed Up has going on just for the fun of it. So here she is:

And here is also my 2nd set of grad cards for my second order:
Big Island School: 2 Waiakea, 1 Kamehameha High School

Tulip Owl!

A quick post to share a CAS card that I made with Heidi's (2 Cute Ink) freebie that she has going on until April 15th.  Like her on FB and you can get this freebie, it's called Tulip Owl!
I made a night scene left it simple....

Oh BTW I had this shared on FB yesterday and I figured I'll share it here too.
Yesterday morning while I was out mowing my lawn I seen something on the corner of my eye as I was pushing my lawn mower.  I thought it was a chameleon as we have tons of them in our yard.   So I didn't think nothing at that moment, but as I went forward again I seen this thing coming back towards me but this time I double glanced at it and it had horns.  Lordy lord the lawn mower went one way and I gave a big yell.  I ran toward the garage to call my hubby on his cell and I grab my fish net and a bucket.   When I went back to where I seen it, it wasn't there.   So I stood standing at that spot like 5 minutes and then I seen this thing crawling again towards me.   I was jumping like a nut and I scooped it into the net and plumped it into the bucket.  It didn't look like it was friendly I think he was more paranoid from me screaming.  I got my empty fish aquarium and dropped it in there and held it down with a screen and some heavy rocks.   I took several pics of it on my cell and sent it to my hubby.   The guys said it's a Jackson Chameleon, boy it's one ugly creature.    I'm sure he probably was living in my yard for quite some time and I never knew it , LOL!   It sure gave me the ibby jibby's   trying to finish up working in my ward.  I kept prancing around and staying alert every time I went near my plants or garden.   I hope their isn't another one around.

Well that's it for me now, hubby is getting ready to stick this creature in a box and dispose  it in the wilderness far far from our house.
Enjoy your crafty weekend-  be back soon!

Fairytale/Fantasy!

Happy Aloha Friday Kitty Bee peeps~
It's actually Team Kitties turn to start off another fun challenge with the theme "Fairytale/Fantasy"   This challenge is also sponsored by:

It was an open challenge for both themes to participate so instead of doing something from the sponsor I chose to use and image from Kitty Bee Designs called "Bun".  Being that it's supposed to be a fairytale / fantasy project, I created my own little scene.   I left the sentiment out and will decide what to put on it when I need to give it up, LOL!
For more inspiration be sure to stop by the blog and check out  what those Kitties got for you.

We love to see what you can create so please come and join in the fun...
Until the next time - keep on crafting!

It's all about Distress!

Happy Friday peeps~
We are back over at Brown Sugar Challenge and for this fortnight Team A is going with the theme "Distress".  For this challenge we are sponsored by:

Here is my card I made with the image I chose from the sponsor!
For the distressing I used Tim Holtz Mowed Lawn and Crushed Olive.

I left the sentiment out and will decide on it when I'm ready to part with it, LOL!
For more inspiration be sure to stop by the blog and check out what the DT members have for you.
Thanks for peeking through and we hope you can join in and play along with us.

Another note pad cover!

Here's another note book cover that I finished early this morning, I have several more that I have to put together yet and will get them in between my other projects that I'm working on.   This one is for my sister and she will be coming back home on vacation soon from Oahu.  She is a chef at my cousins business " A Cup Of Tea", I'm sure a lot of you locals have been there.  It is just breath taking, my cousin is very Victorian in her style and goes on buying trips four times a year.   My sister created the menus there and the scones is one of their best sellers.  I can't wait for her to bring back some, it's just so scrumptious...
So I've made her this so she can jot down her notes when she is working on new dishes and dressings.

Thanks for checking this out and enjoy your crafty moments~

A Note Pad Cover!

Happy Easter peeps~
Hope you all enjoyed your bunny hops where ever you may be.   It was a peaceful day for us.   We were on the other side of the Big Island on Saturday that is on the Kona side of the island.   We had some fun time all day long there, from shopping, eating at Genki Sushi did our Costco run on the way back home.

Any how I made a thank you gift for one of our walking partners, she just started to join our walking team and she was so happy that she found a group that she enjoys walking with. Because she was so pleased she gave each of us a package of healthy snack treats.  That was only so delish so in return I made her this thank you gift.
She is fond of purple and grays and she is one tiny oriental lady.   I can't wait to give this to her tomorrow morning.  LOL!

I have more of these in the works  that I'm working on. Will post them up as soon as I get them done.
Until then it's back to straighten out my crafty area again.
Enjoy your crafty moments!

Cow Girl Up!

April Fool's Day peeps!
A quick post to share a set that I thought I had posted earlier, but it was still in my draft.  LOL!
Anyhow this is a set I made for my bestie that I get my connection for my beef  for my beef jerky business.   She is one cool cow girl and I don't think she rides those bulls anymore age has caught up and she just works in her office now.   So I made her this desk set so she can giggle when she needs a laugh to herself.   I used my cow logo to make it more fun!
I did the 2 year calendar out of that vinyl sleeve just so it would cut back the glare and you could see it better.

Thanks for peeking in~
Enjoy those crafty moments!
