Anything Goes Card Swap (A.G.C.S)!

Hello Everyone~
I will be hosting my first Anything Goes Card Swap (A.G.C.S) starting December 1, 2011.  I wanted to try something a little different this way it gives everyone a chance to participate and you still have something at the end.  A lot of you enter challenges and put your heart and souls into your card marking, and hoping that your card or cards will be picked.  Well, for my swap you will not be randomly picked, you will be partnered up and you will be given a theme for that month to create a card for your partner.  The more participants I have on my list will make it easier to have you partnered up with.. Ex:  if my list consist of only 13 entries for that month that last person who signed up will be dropped off, I need even numbers.
This is not  considered a challenge but a clean and simple fun swap.. You will be exchanging cards with your partner and they will have to be mailed out on a timely manner and received no later than month end.. If for any reasons you cannot get your card out to your partner on time, please have the courtesy to email your partner a week prior to month end that you will be mailing your card a little late. This is strictly  a fun swap, we are in no way competing, and everyone loves receiving happy mail. There are no restrictions to what you use on your card too.  For the month of December 2011, Anything Goes Card Swap with be in the theme of Red, Green and White.
We want everyone to have fun, meet new friends and enjoy the swap.  So if you think you would like to play along please sign up now... Reminder entries will open from the 1st through the 15th and closed at midnight each month.   You will be notified within a week who you will be partnered up with after the cut off date.   Please forward your full name, address and blog to  Don't be bashful some of you like to be disguised and don't want to reveal your identity that is fine as long as I can get some kind of a name or nickname, address and blog to keep on file.
So what are you waiting for .......let's have fun swapping and the key to all this is to play fairly.  It is also your own personal preference if you want to add in a little token with your card for your partner.  You are not forced into it  at all.   Let me re-iterate signing up for November 1 - 15th is for December's card swap.  Signing up for December 1 - 15th is for January 2012 card swap and so forth.
I will be excepting entries now for December if you would love to play along.
Sign up on my comment posting and email your info.

Thank you Blog Land!
Many hugs to you all :-)

Love & Joy to You!

Hello everyone, I just go through playing with my Cricut and whipped up two more cards to share and another simple Christmas card that I did this morning.... My first two cards were done with the Cricut and I just love how they turned out, I did them as a matching card/envelope set on both....All I had to do was add a ribbon to one add adhesive and wah lah!

For my last card I just decided to use my Spellbinders Wonky rectangles die, embossed the larger size with Cuttlebug Swiss dots, stamp from Elisabeth Bell (old stash stamp), colored with MS markers, stickles, glossy accents, gems and a ribbon.

Ok, it's time to tidy up and clean up my work space..
Weekend is already here for many of you - have a great safe crafty weekend...

Seasons Greetings!

These cards were created yesterday morning but I didn't have the time to have them posted until this morning.... Our good friend whom we call tata stopped by yesterday and brought us some vegetables from his garden.... So I decided to cook up a pot of pinakbet with chicken (yummo) and we took it down to his house after hubby got home from work and spent dinner at their house...
So anywho back to my cards - since my cricut was still starring at me on my work table I decided to create two more cards and here they are:  my first card is called stitched and the second card is tweety.
I just added ribbon, sentiment (season greetings) from Studio G and I embossed it, Marvy Uchida scallop oval punch, gems, button, twine sentiment on (birthday wishes) YNS Stamp.
And my last card is for tata's grandson ) Ivan who also turned 7 years old yesterday and since he loves riding his skateboard I used my stamps from YNS along with the sentiment and star, papers from stash and ribbon...
Thanks for taking a peek!
Have a beautiful day/evening!

C.C. Designs - The Group SPTHGR!

When I first bought this stamp all I said was wow this surely is a large stamp with so much to color...
So my first instincts was well I'll just do as much coloring as I can and and try to paper piece the rest of it..  It is such an adorable stamp, they can be dressed up in what ever festive way you can imagine.
I basically paper pieced their outfits with scraps from stash, coloring them with copics, added ribbon, stickles and button brads.  So for my first attempt on this family portrait this is what they all look like:

Thanks for stopping by~
Enjoy the rest of your day/evening!
Hugs to all of you~

Ice Cream Birgitta Treat Holder's!

Happy Monday you all!
Well I finally accomplished another project, I already had these treat holder's cut out over a month ago so I spent my Sunday putting them together and the fun part was stamping twelve of these images and coloring them up to.   This is for an upcoming Birthday request that I was asked to help out with so here is what I came up with..... I used CC Designs (Ice Cream Birgitta) colored her up with copics, added stickles waited until they dried and added glossy accents to give it a pop on the ice cream, added ribbons, and  ribbon with pearls to the side of the boxes, Marvy Uchida scalloped punch, sponge all the edges with Stampin up (Pixie Pink), the treat holder is from Sizzix Die- Box, Carry All.  For me the best part was doing their hair - it gave me more practice and they came out awesome... I know the recipients are going to love them when she receives it.

Hope you enjoy the rest of your day/evening...
Off to more creative projects...
Hugs to all of you~

You're Special / Thinking of You!

You need to be a follower and if you link my giveaway
to your page more chances of you winning!  Good Luck!

Here's two cards I worked on this morning, my first card is from one of the stamps that I won from Danni's Dreams she wanted to celebrate her 500 follower's and I won 5 stamps.  All the stamps are from SCAD (Susana custom art and card design).  When I first inked it and had it stamped on my white cardstock I couldn't visualize what the image actually was so I starred at it for such a long time and just went with what I thought it should look like... Well, after the fact when I hopped back over to Danni's I went to search for my win and then I saw what the actual image looked liked.... Oops, I really thought that the back  part of her were her wings so I colored it with light pink and added Ice Stickles to it.  Then when I saw the actual stamp image this was actually the chair she was sitting on.... So I improvised it without knowing and this is what it turned out to be... I really didn't want to toss it out since I had put some time and effort to it.... I will re-do another one and post it back on later....
She was inked up with copic  markers, liquid pearls, ice stickles, spellbinders rectanglar scallops and scraps.  But I don't think it is that noticeable, huh?
My last card is from S.W.A.L.K and I just fell in love with this stamp  when I bought this from IS (Island Scrapbooking)... This is Thinking of you!  She 's been inked up with copic markers, spellbinder's ovals, paper from Pebbles, twine, swiss dot button and stickles.  And wow, check out her hair I was dazzled when I did this....

Thanks again for hopping over and taking a peek...
Many hugs to you all~
