Plumeria!

Hello peeps!
Hope your Black Friday shopping was awesome... I spent my better day doing my on-line shopping with lots of bargains with more crafting dies that I bought.... Wow can't wait to get them already!  And I also got lots of digital images that were at great bargains too.
Anyhow I have a card that I wanted to share with you all and this is one of my new dies that I got earlier this week.   I bought a bunch of new dies before Black Friday and I got my happy mail on Friday too.   So this morning I played with my new flower die and turned it into a plumeria.   Aww - I'm so pleased with it... I definitely will be making more of this flowers and turning them into different sentiments.

Well it's time to get back into my crafting hole, I'm working on a birthday card and hope to get it posted up soon.
Enjoy your crafty weekend~

Christmas Card Swap!

Hello peeps~
I coordinated with Kitty Bee Design (owner/coordinator) and suggested in doing a Christmas card swap between the DT members.   Being that I did coordinate one several years back I wanted to bring it back and share it this time among the members.  I got the approval back that is was okay and the majority all went for the idea.  Some were new to it and others have been and  some is still active with it.   We were given a few of Kitty Bee Design digital images to choose from and we each had to make something for our partner that we each got paired up with.  It could of been a card or any type of project  and it was up to the individual to either send a little token or gift with whatever you made for your partner.    So here is my cards that I made for (2) of my partners.
My first card is for Tracey

My second card is for Niki

Of course they both were sent some extra fun stuff in their packages.   But it's for them to share that with you all.

These card swaps are fun to do and I hope I can get a good response back from all of you that  would be interested in participating.   You can read the deets here that I posted a while back.

Thanks for stopping by!

I like the way you roll!

Quick post to share another birthday card I did last evening!   This was a last minute card that I had to make for someone who requested a card they needed for Monday.   She wanted something that had some type of oriental flair to it, so digging through my containers I pulled out my Lawn Fawn stamp and die set.  I got this set when it first came out and decided  this was just perfect for that birthday person.   I heard they love to eat sushi  all the time on their happy hour get together' s.  LOL!

Enjoy your crafty weekend~
Be back soon!

Birthday Card!

I've got a birthday card that I made and I also made some flaps using my envelope punch board.   Love how cool this turned out it's an A2 size so it fits perfectly in a regular A2 envelope.   This actually is perfect for a gift card but I made me a gift card size envelope also using the envelope punch board and will be adding in some moolah.   My cardstock is actually a dark blue but in the picture it looks black.   Added some bakers twine, the papers are from the paper pad Prima Marketing (Forever Young)and the sentiment die from IO.
The sentiment on the gift envelope is from a stamp set that I tossed out the image but kept only the sentiment, LOL!.  And I used my Spellbinders wonky rectangles for the back on the inside insert to write a birthday greeting to the young lad who will be turning 10 years soon.

Where's da Beef!

Hello peeps~
No cards or projects yet to share, but just wanted to show you what I've been doing if I'm not crafting... This just came out, it's my beef jerky that I've been doing for a while now, started doing this a very long time ago.  Then one day someone asked if I could make them for a party they were having.  I really didn't want to do it but they kept begging and begging and I finally gave in.  Although they bought all the ingredients for it I did it for them.  Well to make a long story short, my beef jerky got exposed from that party  they had and their after it's been not stop for me.    The most popular one is the spicy and this is what I have posted , and of course I do the regular which the older people rather have.  LOL!

They are waiting to be cooled off, then I cut them up into strips and get them bagged.
Oh shucks this batch is all sold out.    I still have another batch to do tomorrow and that order is all taken too....

Got to go and clean up my machine now and get all the racks ready for the next order tomorrow....
See ya back here soon!

Ice-Skating Penguin Couple!

Hello peeps!
Well, here is one of those sets we finished up yesterday..  Boy did we keep ourselves busy busy.   We had somewhat a little rhythm in my craft room from doing a bunch of different projects.   I'll get them posted up in different increments throughout this month.  I'm so blessed to have my sweet neighbor help me out so much, in return I will be making her something that she requested for and that is an order of my beef jerky.    I made her start off by running all my dies, thank goodness for scraps they do come in handy. LOL!  While  she was doing that I was cutting all my card-stock to make the cards and matting's.  We had so much fun just enjoying each others company, laughing so much and she telling me this was one of her best days she had since she been on vacation.  So here is one of those sets that I completed.  This stamp is from PKS - PK317 Ice-skating Penguin Couple.

And here's (4) more each set will be in 5's

Thanks for stopping by and checking what I've been doing lately!

It's starting to look like Christmas!

Here's one of my first Christmas cards for 2014!   My hubbys co-workers ordered a bunch of Christmas cards this year from me so I'm starting to put them together now.    Will try to get them posted up in spurts in between my other Christmas projects that I'm also working on.  Well I have lots going on my plate this week in my craft room, I also have two days of doing my beef jerky orders that I have committed too.   Yikes, I'm lucky I'm having my neighbor here tomorrow to help me run all my Christmas dies through my Grand Calibur while I'm sorting out my papers etc.   I'm making this a short post, thanks for stopping by and checking out my card... Enjoy your crafty moments and see ya back here soon~

Waterfall notebook album~

Here's a quick post to share what I started yesterday and finished it up this morning.
This is part of a birthday gift that I made for someone in the family that is turning twelve years old.  She is such a bubbly girl that loves to take pictures and make her own layouts.  So I decided I'll just make this waterfall album and she can put her favorite pixies  in her album and journal about it..

Supplies used:
papers from American Craft paper pad - Blue De Papier
chipboard for the album insert
washi tape, tacky glue, foam dots, rhinestone
Dies - Spellbinders, MCT

I'll get her birthday card posted up as soon as I figure out something different that I'm trying to make with a die that I got.   LOL!

Enjoy your crafty weekend~
