When I first bought this stamp all I said was wow this surely is a large stamp with so much to color...
So my first instincts was well I'll just do as much coloring as I can and and try to paper piece the rest of it.. It is such an adorable stamp, they can be dressed up in what ever festive way you can imagine.
I basically paper pieced their outfits with scraps from stash, coloring them with copics, added ribbon, stickles and button brads. So for my first attempt on this family portrait this is what they all look like:

Happy Monday Shirl! I hope that you had a wonderful weekend. I think we have the same taste in the stamps. When I saw the stamp that you used I made the exact comment that you did. I of course could not resist purchasing it because everyone on the stamp looks so cute. Now that I have seen a sample using the stamp, I am feeling a bit more inspired to ink mine up. :) As usual you did a beautiful job on coloring. Just love how everyone looks. One day you are going to need to give me some lessons on how to color using my Copics. :)
