Hi ya peeps!
It's the ending of March and the beginning of April - yikes!
Hope your weekend was awesome, it was a busy one for us. It was yard maintenance on Saturday and making smoke meat all day on Sunday! And of course I got to do some small crafting too, LOL!
I have a bunch of these Tea Box Dispensers that I'm prepping up for someone and I hope I can get some good sales on them. So here is one of those first completed ones and I will try to get the rest up as I get them done. I also have my fave tea just for posting purpose but you can add any tea you like.
Here is my Sunday and fun day!
1st phase - prepping the day before
Char sui and regular spices
2nd phase smoke for 2 1/2 hours
and my Taco watching all the excitement
3rd phase - cooling off yep on my kitchen dinning table!
of course we need to try out a strip of each flavor first! Yum yum!
end result - this is what I made for dinner.
A healthy salad with some char sui pork smoke meat!
After all that it was early too bed ~
Well I'm doing something else today and will get this posted up later...
