There's Nothing little about the light you Shine~

Happy weekend peeps~
Here's sharing another card that I had fun creating this morning.   In real it's just so perfect the background looks aged and for my matting's I used copper card stock  and also copper embossing powder for my image and sentiment.     I just wanted to be a bit different you might say.

Sympathy cards!

Just popping in to share a couple of sympathy cards that I needed for my stash.
Hope your new month is going awesome.   Wow, March already!   love it~
Oops on the black embossing one - the glared from my flash just made it only so bright, compared to the white embossing one above.   I'm using up some scraps so if you take notice I just flipped the diagonals to give it a different look.   It's so pretty in real!

We are back with Team Jess from Creative Corner Challenges!  And for this fortnight we are going with the theme " Bling It"!.   I did a CAS sympathy card which I need to replenish my stash box with.  Although it is one of those I don't wanna do cards it does come in handy when you need them unexpectedly.  For this card I just had it emboss with Darice cherry blossom folder added some pearls ran my sympathy die through my Big Shot and wah lah!

If you have made something recently with any type of bling on it we love for you to come and share it and join in on this fun challenge.   Until our next challenge enjoy your crafty moments!

Sympathy card!

A quick post to share a sympathy card that I made for my hubby to give to the  family of his aunty that recently passed away.   I used Stampin Up Flower Patch stamp and framelits to do the image added a pearl in the center.  My ink pad was Stampin Up - Cocktail Cantaloup.    Ran my die with the big shot and stamp the sentiment for the inside with Hero Arts.    I wanted something a bit more cheery for my sympathy card instead of doing the white on white or the pale theme on them.

See ya back here soon~

Sympathy Card!

Here's a quick post to share a sympathy card that I made for my uncle who passed away recently.  We have his services coming up soon.  From the photo it looks really busy but in real it's just so perfect.  The papers are from Prima Marketing, the sentiment stamp is Verve Stamps and the dies are from IO.   The sea gulls signifies what he really enjoys watching, he used to always hang out with his retired buddies at their favorite fishing spot and just chit chat all day long and he would always say his sea gull friends would be their waiting for him.  He would makes us laugh, and tell us the cutest stories about those birds, he would bring them stale bread and they would eat until they were content and fly above them and just circle around where they were.   He surely will be missed, but no more suffering for him, now he can re-unite with my aunt and my dad.

Thanks for the stop over and see ya back here soon!

Hello all my crafty friends~
Just a quick post to share a simple card I made for a relative of mines that just passed away lately and will be attending his services this weekend... My mind went blank trying to figure out what to put on his card I went with the blues since his wife said that was his favorite colors.  With that told I just embossed my spellbinders die, distress the edges, added gems, ribbon from a candy I won awhile back and sentiment from Hero Arts.

With Sympathy!

MY BLOG CANDY HERE!

Here a CAS card I made for one of my hubby's co-worker's mom that passed away recently.  These are one of those sensitive cards that I find so hard to make but in times of those sudden episodes it's probably a good idea to keep some of them in handy...  It's been a while since I've done one and I know I should be making more just in case!
For this card I used Cuttlebug embossing folder, Spellbinders (label seventeen), satin ribbon, Pebbles candy dots and sentiment from Stampendous Clear Stamps.

Thanks for stopping by!
Enjoy your day/evening~

Happy Thoughts!

I miss posting on Monday, had my computer moved over to another area in my craft room.. So now I'm okay to get back on and do catch up with commenting and other businesses.  So my first card is my title, added ribbon, use dimensional from Little Yellow Bicycle, sentiment from Hero Arts and papers from my scraps...
Second card is from  Stampendous - stamp set (Orchid Greetings), inked with copic and MS markers, pearls, ribbon and scraps.

My last card is a simple Sympathy card that my DD asked me to do for her, the sentiment is also from Stampendous, pearls, and scraps.

And my last surprise which I had no idea, my hubby bought me my upgraded cell phone that we were looking at this past Sunday while we were at the mall... We were just window shopping and he said no we are not going to get this now maybe later.... I do have a cell phone but I can barely see the number's on them.... so I hinted that I needed something bigger and more updated.....but the deal with this phone was also to get my craft room cleaned up..... So I'm in the process of over hauling my room since yesterday... Oh BTW - he hid the phone so when I got up this morning it was on the corner of my side of the nightstand....  I still need to go to the site and watch the tutorial on this phone, it is totally confusing for me...

So I'm off to cleaning and re-arranging....
Thanks for taking a peek!
Many hugs to you all~
