Here's two more tissue holders that I finished off this morning -  the images is called Haruko and I gave her some brown hair this time....I think she pops out more with this shade of colors.....So far I made a total of (6) and least see if the recipient needs me to add more to her order.   LOL!

Back to more crafting - just got me some happy mail so I will unopened my box and get some projects in the make.... Enjoy your crafty weekend~

Tissue Box Holders!

Happy day peeps~
I've been working on some tissue box holders another project that I'm making for that same recipient that has been ordering all her cards / projects from me.  LOL~  Yes, I've been skipping and jumping around, instead of finishing up one project at a time... It's that she has ordered a bunch of stuff and I just needed to break away and start on something different so I can see the outcome of it... She's requested a lot of oriental images on them so I got to be on my best and please her with what she wants.... I was so happy to get these digital images from an etsy shop and when I seem them I had to grab them and start in-visioning them on my projects... So here is Ayako and Michiko and I'm working on Haruko and  I will get her posted up soon. Each box has it's own characteristic so they will not come out the same.   I wanted them to be all different~

Whatever_blooms!

Hi ya peeps!
Here's another special project that I made for someone dear.   The image I'm using is from Tiddly inks and she was on special this past Tuesday.  She is called whatever_blooms and she is just a cutie and I can see using her in so many other different projects.   Love making these tissue box holders and they make pretty decors for any part of the rooms or  even on a desk in an office..

For My Daughter's MIL!

My daughter is always someone that waits to the very last minute for me to get small projects done for her so since she came by last night and saw my tissue holder she wanted a matching card and holder for her MIL.... So  I had to drive into town this morning to pick me up more packs of the traveler's tissues....
This way I can have more to keep in handy when I make occasional cards to give away.... They are so super fast to make you can get 2 holders out of a 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of cardstock....
Since her MIL is in her late 70's my daughter didn't want me to over power the card and tissue holder with all kinds of blings and blooms.  So I just kept it clean and simple!  Her MIL is a tiny Japanese lady and is so spunky... 
For my image I used Kiyomi from (Sister Stamps), paper piece her kimono, colored her with Spectrum Noir, Stampin Up & copic markers, gems from Taylored Expressions, sentiment from Kaiser Craft, pop up dots, Memory Box (Whimsy Circle) and papers from Kaiser Craft )Chapter One paper pad.
What is really wierd my back ground cardstock is like a jade color but the the photo looks blue.

Need a Tissue!

This is my first sample of doing this tissue holder, but I love the way it turned out and I'm working on another one that I'm spiking up a little.... Cute as gifts or on someones work desk too.  This holds the travel size tissue perfectly.... I used Lisbeth on a Swing by Milk Coffee Stamps. copic makers, papers from Doodlebug, flower from a RAK, gems from Taylored Expressions, and spellbinders ovals.
