You're Special!

Here's a freebie that I got from Milk Coffee Stamps when I first discovered them back in early January of this year.   And she was a freebie that I got from here, and I wanted to do another take with this cute image. This time I paper piece her cute dress, added stickles, spellbinders die, papers from Target, ribbon, pearl and copic markers.
