For a Relative!

Here's a quick card I made for an uncle who will be having his birthday on Sunday.... Love making these origami shirt cards, quick and simple...

Recipe:
papers - CTMH (Close to my Heart)
twine, buttons, ribbon
tag/sentiment - My Crafty Spot
