With Sympathy!

MY BLOG CANDY HERE!

Here a CAS card I made for one of my hubby's co-worker's mom that passed away recently.  These are one of those sensitive cards that I find so hard to make but in times of those sudden episodes it's probably a good idea to keep some of them in handy...  It's been a while since I've done one and I know I should be making more just in case!
For this card I used Cuttlebug embossing folder, Spellbinders (label seventeen), satin ribbon, Pebbles candy dots and sentiment from Stampendous Clear Stamps.

Thanks for stopping by!
Enjoy your day/evening~

  2. I never have any sympathy cards on hand. I keep meaning to make them but it's always so difficult to make them. Your card is lovely and I'm sure it will be greatly appreciated.

  23. I agree. Sympathy cards are always hard to make, but I think you did on wonderful job on your card. The embossed background with the script saying works so nicely together.

  24. So pretty for such a sad occasion. After needing one and realizing a sympathy card is to hard to make "in the moment" I now make them when I don't need so I have some in my stash.
