Oh Shirl, how adorable is this?! You captured the celebratory theme brilliantly! You've given such life to that sweet penguin... could he be any cuter? Hi Shirl, definately a wonderful celebration theme going on ! Cute little image. If you could send sunshine & warmth that would be awesome ! Thanks for all your kind comments.... I don't often create Vintage or Victorian designs, but I love working with them & very much enjoy looking at them. Most of the time I'm pulled to creating colorful backgrounds and working in layers (as you know by now!) I have have so many flower cutting dies and other spellbinders etc., I want to use them more !
