Aww, what a fantastic Valentine's card, my dear friend! :o) The bear is so sweet and you know I'm in love with that ultra sparkly balloon. :o) The other hearts are absolutely stunning and so very sweet.. I just love their design and of course the way you brought them to life. :o) The embossed background is so pretty, particularly with how well it coordinates with those hearts. :o) Marvelous creation! :o)
